We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at 2664472 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 35 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under pressure. The ideal candidate will be accurate, client-focused, and organized with good judgement and teamwork skills.
