Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
