The RoleAs an Account/Sales Support Specialist, you will work under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. Your primary focus will be on sales order entry, customer service, and assisting Account Directors with quotations, follow-ups, and customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders in the company's ERP system.
- Investigate and correct sales orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist Account Directors with quote preparation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate pricing and product information.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding issues related to order fulfillment.
- Provide data and reporting to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Provide customer support by responding to incoming customer questions or issues.
- Maintain files and records for easy access.
- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with company staff to provide exemplary service to customers.
- Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts within the CRM system.
- Regularly meet with the Customer Service Manager to review established KPI metrics.
We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce. 1-3 years of experience in an account specialist/sales support role is required. Experience preparing RFP responses and using ERP systems is a definite asset.
The ideal candidate demonstrates ability to multitask, work independently, and has excellent communication skills. They should also have a strong sense of urgency, be highly organized, and be a team player whose visions and values align with those of Gertex Solutions.
