Job Title: Représentant des ventes spécialités

As a key member of the Pendopharm Specialty Sales Force, you will contribute to the attainment of the overall objectives for the Gastroenterology business unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, prioriser et établir un ordre et une optimisation de la route qui maximisent les opportunités d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Atteindre les résultats de vente du territoire grâce à l'analyse des rapports de performance pertinents et à la mise en œuvre des actions appropriées.
  • Deliver les efforts promotionnels nécessaires du territoire (détails ciblés/produit et fréquence et portée vs objectifs, programmes marketing réalisés, gestion de projet, couverture de la formule hospitalière, livraison du message, etc.) et veiller à ce que les retours soient fournis en temps opportun au district de la gestion des ventes et du marketing.
  • Maintenir et utiliser une excellente connaissance des produits et des compétences de vente efficaces pour influencer les clients cibles clés pour soutenir l'utilisation des produits promus.
  • Recommander des stratégies de vente et de marketing en fonction de l'évaluation des besoins, des dynamiques, des tendances et des produits ou services des concurrents.
  • Contribuer à et assister aux réunions, conférences et programmes de formation nécessaires.
  • Veiller à ce que les politiques de l'entreprise soient respectées, en particulier les signalements d'événements défavorables et PAAB.
Compétences, connaissances et capacités:
  • Compétences de communication, de présentation et de gestion de compte solides
  • Capacité à développer des relations de client solides
  • Capacité à livrer des résultats contre un plan de business du territoire défini
  • Expérience en planification de compte, analyse de territoire et succès démontré en gestion de compte
  • Compétence en informatique et manipulation/analyse de données, familiarité avec Veeva ou tout autre CRM est un atout
  • Familiarité avec les données scientifiques et la recherche clinique
  • Expérience antérieure dans le domaine GI (un atout)
