Property Financial Analyst - 12 Month Engagement

Pay Rate: $70,000 - $85,000

Position Overview

Are you an experienced Property Financial Analyst seeking a new opportunity with a dynamic organization? Our client, a leader in the Property Management sector, is looking for a skilled professional to take on a 12-month contract role. This position is ideal for candidates with comprehensive property accounting expertise and a meticulous approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle property accounting processes
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and file HST returns
  • Generate monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist in the development and documentation of new procedures
  • Conduct cash flow management
  • Prepare documentation for annual audits and tax submissions
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a commercial property management setting
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset
  • Preferred educational background includes a diploma or degree in accounting
