We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a District Manager at United Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional janitorial services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing customers and expand our market share.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our mobile workforce, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify trends and process gaps, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze and control store budgets, monitor expenses, and develop strategies to decrease costs and increase profitability.
  • Implement transitions of new business in customer locations, ensuring compliance with our transition process.

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Business acumen and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills, time management, leadership skills, autonomy, and competence with technology.
  • Ability to motivate a mobile team of subcontractors.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Degree in business administration or related field.
