Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely deliveries, meeting specific needs, and exceeding expectations;
- Coordinate with the team, sales, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations;
- Monitor and resolve operational planning issues efficiently;
- Optimize the use of human and physical resources to increase profitability by achieving set objectives;
- Evaluate inventory and equipment needs to meet order demands;
- Optimize route planning;
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English/French, both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Flexibility, autonomy, and resourcefulness;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Benefits
- $20.54 per hour salary;
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule;
- Approximately 50% home/50% office work arrangement (However, for the first 2-3 months, 100% office work is required. Possibility to request to return to 100% office work must be aware of this possibility.);
- 40-hour workweek;
- Access to overtime hours;
