Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at 2751014 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Operations: Inspect kitchen and food service areas, operate machinery, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
