Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cement Finisher to join our team at Western Farm and Ranch Structure Ltd.. This role involves working in a physically demanding environment, focusing on the precise finishing of concrete surfaces.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Dusty, hot, and primarily outdoors.
  • Setting: On-site customer service in rural areas, including farms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured cement.
  • Utilize power vibrators to effectively compact concrete.
  • Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specified grades and depths.
Transportation
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Transportation will be provided to and from the work site.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
