Job Title: Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team at 4361552 NOVA SCOTIA LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing a company's financial records to assess its competitiveness or market value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns
  • Review and analyze data such as subdivision, water and sewer plans
  • Develop and maintain databases to track financial information
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
