We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to join our team at the Kitimat General Hospital and Health Centre. As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of patient care for inpatients and emergency/outpatients patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the activities and delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Work under the direction of the Nurse Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of hospital services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area.
- Three years of recent related clinical experience in the assigned practice environment and two years recent supervisory and teaching experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Comprehensive benefit packages including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan for part-time and full-time employees.
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service.
- Financial Support for Moving Expenses is available for eligible positions.
