Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversion and return on investment for assigned territories.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on color, style, texture, and functionality of window coverings.
  • Utilize innovative digital selling tools and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage contacts, appointments, and other priorities using a system to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product lines and processes to drive sales growth.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in custom products/services or virtual selling.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and ability to learn new technology and systems.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.
