Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of 5-10 staff members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
The Meat Packing Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with staff and management.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
