About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Tribes Group of Industries LTD. as a Visual Storyteller. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that communicates our brand's message effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Plan Projects: Determine the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and plan accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Adapt and Enhance Existing Content: Update existing illustrations to ensure they align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and create illustrations that meet their requirements.
  • Production Coordination: Oversee all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Medium Selection: Determine the most suitable medium to produce the desired visual effect and communicate our message effectively.
  • Guidelines and Standards: Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency in our visual content.
  • Concept Development: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements that bring our brand's message to life.
  • Resource Utilization: Use existing photo and illustration banks, as well as typography guides, to create visually appealing content.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that all visual content is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, requiring 32 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
