Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at D-TECH DIESEL REPAIR LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment. This includes tasks such as moving tools and equipment, signaling safety procedures, and helping tradespersons and apprentices as directed.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Move tools and equipment as needed
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. They will also be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
