Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and document lost and found items
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or amenities
  • Provide guests with essential information regarding our facilities
  • Collect litter and dispose of waste in designated containers
  • Assist guests with bathing and personal hygiene needs
  • Wash and care for clothing and household linens
  • Repair clothing and linens as necessary
  • Conduct light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues
