Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Scheduling Supervisor to join our team at Secure Moving Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and coordinating with staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for our staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice and guidance to support their development.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
