Your Role: Senior Digital Performance Manager

As a Sr. Digital Performance Manager, you will lead our Media Buyer Team, driving the strategic execution and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, SEO, and internet lead generation. You'll be responsible for conducting account audits, managing projects aligned with our digital marketing strategy, and collaborating closely with Marketing Directors and Dealership Leaders to drive traffic performance and diagnose issues.

What You'll Do:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation. Utilize hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and internet leads to drive performance. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Manage the team of media buyers, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. Conduct regular account audits to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices. Manage projects related to our digital marketing strategy and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and generate reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
