Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches, ensuring the safety of residents and property.
  • Implement access control measures to secure facilities and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires and medical emergencies, and provide first aid and CPR as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire equipment and report any hazards or deficiencies.
  • Prepare written reports of incidents and security breaches.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations, and deal with trespassers and unauthorized persons in a fair and safe manner.
  • Support Health & Safety programs to ensure occupational safety is prioritized.
  • Perform after-hours lock-up and morning open-ups.
