We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Greenfield operations and implement the BCOS program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding project teams and developing new organization structures, technical capabilities, and work processes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing lean/TPM programs at blue chip companies and have a strong background in leading and implementing sustained Change Management. They will also have a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, IWS, TPM, WCM, Six Sigma Methodologies, and other improvement processes & techniques.

• Develop and implement a project plan to achieve Vertical Start Up (VSU) status and drive continuous improvement across the value chain.
• Provide guidance on setting up a project team and producing a project and start-up master plan with respective start-up targets and objectives.
• Manage globally set initiatives (brownfield or greenfield projects) applying and implementing the BCOS full program.
• Be a member and contributor to the Global SCE Community, setting and agreeing global standards to be deployed as part of the role.

• Bachelor/Master degree required, preferably in Engineering.
• Advanced level of English.
• Clear ability to understand business needs, develop and deploy a strategy to reach business goals.
• In-depth expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as TPS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and High Performance Organization.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, breakthrough thinking, keep people accountable, and directing others.
• Vast experience on practical implementation of TPM, including application of Early Management Pillar.
• Experience on senior operations roles – Site Engineer, Plant Management – are seen as differential for this role.

• Strong influencing skill, ability to direct the BCOS program without formal authority over organization leaders.
• Experience in leading areas of Supply Chain, such as Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Logistic/Distribution, and Procurement.
• Being capable to support make-or-buy studies and analysis for construction of business cases (brownfield and/or greenfield).
