About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our architecture firm, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality working drawing packages in Revit, construction documents, blueprints, and building permits for submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete full sets of working drawing packages in Revit
  • Develop construction documents, blueprints, and building permits for submission
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to facilitate successful project execution
  • Coordinate and administer projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Provide expert Revit skills, anticipating design and compliance issues that impact scheduling or budget concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams, including Architects, Engineers, consultants, and Project Managers
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, presenting designs and project progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree
  • 4-10 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Designer in an architecture firm
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and bylaws
  • Intermediate to advanced Revit skills
  • Project coordination and contract administration experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
