AVI Health and Community Services is seeking experienced physicians to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients. As a physician at AVI, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals struggling with addiction, HIV, and other health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment services for individuals with addiction and HIV
- Prescribe and manage medications for opioid use disorder and other health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve healthcare services
- CCFP certification
- CPSBC certification
- ISAM, ABAM, or CCFP CAC (AM) certification, or AM Fellowship
- Competitive hourly rate of $195
- Flexible scheduling with 4 or 8 hour shifts available
