Job Overview

Join our team at Queensway Transfer & Processing Facility Limited as a Material Handler. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the efficient handling and movement of various products and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual Handling: Engage in the physical movement of products using basic equipment.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery for loading, unloading, and transporting items.
  • Material Weighing: Accurately weigh products and materials as required.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance and support to customers as needed.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Efficiently pack and unpack goods for storage or distribution.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Organize, crate, and stack items for optimal storage.
  • Hazardous Material Handling: Safely manage and store hazardous products.
Working Conditions

This position is characterized by a fast-paced work environment with:

  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands.
  • Heavy load handling, requiring physical strength and endurance.
  • Extended periods of bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
