About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Community Builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including making beds and restocking supplies.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as healthcare or social services.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or nursing home.
  • First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
