The Senior Business Relationship Officer is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience while fostering profitable business expansion, aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This position focuses on establishing new connections and enhancing existing client relationships for both credit and non-credit offerings.

  • Comprehend the client's operational landscape, structuring tailored financing, cash management, and overall business solutions to provide value.

SCOPE OF ROLE

  • Expert-level professional role primarily responsible for originating new client business and managing relationships within the Commercial Business segment.
  • Manages a portfolio characterized by moderate to high cash management, deposit, and credit complexity requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret client financial statements with advanced credit acumen.
  • Identify referral opportunities across various business lines and segments.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and interpret market trends, applying this knowledge to meet client needs.
  • Address problems of moderate to high complexity and recommend innovative product and service solutions.
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of products, services, credit management practices, and operational standards to drive business performance.
  • Operate autonomously as the 'lead' and mentor team members within your area of expertise.
  • Execute and support others in complex account management processes, structuring customized solutions and advice.
  • Guide and influence clients and stakeholders, translating information into compelling business context and advice at increasingly senior levels.
  • Compile and interpret market intelligence to assist senior management in strategic direction for the business unit.
  • Typically reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree and/or
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
