Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.

  • Facilitate engaging activities such as storytelling, music, and local excursions.
  • Maintain accurate records and observations of children's progress.

  • Assist children in developing healthy habits related to eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Prepare snacks and organize spaces for meals and rest.
  • Monitor children for signs of developmental or behavioral concerns and communicate findings to parents and supervisors.

  • Understand and adhere to licensing regulations.
  • Establish behavioral guidelines and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
