Job Summary

Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marine Engineer Officer to join our team for offshore drilling rig operations. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Drilling Equipment: You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our drilling equipment, including main engines, machinery, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Engine Room Crew: You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the engine room crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor and Record Engine Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring and recording the performance of our engines, machinery, and auxiliary equipment, identifying any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Reports and Records: You will prepare reports and records on engine performance and failures, providing valuable insights to our operations team.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Offshore drilling rig.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 2190 hours per year.
