Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store operates efficiently.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required for this role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
