Cable Repair Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cable Repair Technician to join our team at Energy Cable. As a Cable Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our cable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures to perform cable repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform general laboring duties, including handling heavy loads and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the field of employment.
  • Ability to work shift or on-call hours.
