Job Title: Registered Nurse, Nursing Resource Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resource Team at Humber River Health.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in all Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units. This is a temporary full-time position with rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in all Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing Resource Team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
  • Recent Medical and/or Surgical experience is mandatory
  • Coronary Care I or actively pursuing the Coronary Care Certification is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent physical assessment skills
  • Good patient/family teaching skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
