About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Bounce Padel Courts LTD. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Material Evaluation: Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding technique.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Quality Control: Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and able to work in a production environment.
