About the Opportunity

Wolf Advanced Technology is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager, Network and Hardware Systems to join our team in Aurora, ON. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the vision, strategy, and success of our network and systems products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product development efforts, working closely with internal teams and customers to define requirements and guide products from concept through to completion.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify opportunities for new products/systems.
  • Collaborate with senior management on product vision, direction, and roadmaps.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on company objectives and resource availability.
  • Define product use cases and requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Support product launches as a subject matter expert with sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback for future product iterations.
  • Ensure product development meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Manage product documentation such as block diagrams, datasheets, and product configuration information.
  • Travel occasionally for customer visits and to attend trade shows/conferences as a representative of WOLF to promote products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management, FAE, or Solutions Architect experience in network and hardware systems, ideally in the Embedded Solutions Market focused on electronics packaging and thermal management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field, or a relevant technical certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of system-level design for defense and aerospace, especially in network connectivity (Ethernet, fiber, etc.).
  • Experience with network security features and protocols.
  • Knowledge of SOSA, CMOSS, VICTORY, and similar standards.
  • Familiarity with OpenVPX, NVIDIA, AMD, PCI Express, and other relevant technologies.
  • Interest in GPU, video graphics, AI, FPGAs, tensor processing, and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the product development process and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical content to a wide range of audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) or similar reliability standards.
  • General awareness of cybersecurity concepts, with an understanding of RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access).
