We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commis Fruits & Légumes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our products are accurately stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Ensure that products are accurately stocked and displayed by following inventory procedures and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
