Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at H&F Foods LTD. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, pick up debris and empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, handle and report lost and found items, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities, support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, offer mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required.
  • Language: English.
