Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Cut and Trim Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Remove Bones and Cut Poultry: Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Sell Meats to Customers: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Grind and Slice Meats: Grind meats and slice cooked meats to meet customer requests.
  • Prepare Special Orders: Prepare special orders, such as custom cuts or packaging, to meet customer needs.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Language and Hours: Work in English, with a 40-hour workweek.
