Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at 11585525 Canada Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation systems and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used in logistics operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support logistics operations.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient logistics operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week.
