About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Assistant to join our team at Dhillon13 Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
