Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress Website Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining responsive websites, collaborating with digital strategists, SEO specialists, and designers, and translating client requirements into proper UX and UI functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and templates
  • Implement plugins, Google APIs, event tracking codes, and microdata markup on webpages
  • Optimize websites using WordPress best practices and site speed optimization techniques
  • Collaborate with the design team to bring designs to life in WordPress
  • Develop and maintain custom MySQL databases and queries
  • Configure and customize WordPress, WP plugins, and integrate with other tools
  • Create custom shortcodes, widget areas, and custom post types within WordPress
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in WordPress-based website development and maintenance
  • Proficiency in utilizing WP Bakery, Elementor, Divi Builder, Beaver Builder, and Fusion Builder
  • Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS
  • Strong understanding of W3C web design/coding standards
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with building/customizing eCommerce websites using Elementor, WP Bakery, Beaver Builder, Divi Builder, and Fusion Builder
  • Ability to build a WordPress theme
  • Experience in site speed optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly self-learn and problem-solve
  • Familiarity with Hubspot Development, Landingi, UXPIN, and Mautic
