We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Wheaton's. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and conditions, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, and ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the proper use of equipment and tools.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Environment: At heights, cold/refrigerated, and fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
- Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Valid driver's licence.
- Steel-Toed Safety Boots: Steel-toed safety boots.
