Position Overview

As a vital member of our team at Paladin Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a secure environment and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
  • Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies, demonstrating professionalism in all situations.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, providing support and coordinating with emergency services such as police and fire departments.
  • Implement crowd control measures and address any unauthorized individuals on the property.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing incidents, emergencies, and daily activities.
  • Administer first aid and medical assistance as necessary.
  • Utilize communication tools, including two-way radios and software applications, to report site activities.
  • Oversee Lost & Found inquiries and manage related items.

Qualifications:
Must possess a Class 5 Advanced License or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Excellent observational skills.
  • Capacity to make quick decisions and maintain composure in emergency situations with minimal oversight.
  • Physical ability to walk 18/20 km and navigate stairs.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
