At Aviva, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. As a Regional Manager, Engineering Underwriting, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Equipment Breakdown insurance line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth and improve underwriting quality
  • Lead a team of talented underwriters, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance sales of Equipment Breakdown products
  • Manage portfolio, including establishing and executing the GCS strategy
  • Formulate service guidelines to govern workflow and function toward achieving broker and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Equipment Breakdown underwriting, including complex risks and code objects
  • Credible reputation as an industry specialist among peers, broker partners, and industry associations
  • Solid experience as a people leader, with a proven track record of developing and mentoring talent
  • Previous experience developing insurance products and presenting technical business development material
