Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the operational coordination of internship programs in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective execution of internship activities, focusing on quality, timely onboarding, and cost management.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators at the business unit level.
- Implement strategies for supplier and contract management.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to optimize productivity and quality.
- Support the integration of new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring staff.
- Experience in managing internship or talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Proficient in relevant software systems.
