We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Aide to join our team at Carecorp Senior Services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Care Aide will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring residents.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nurse.
  • Document resident care and progress in the medical record.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Immunization records.
  • Tuberculosis test.
  • Experience an asset.
