We seek an individual with a robust analytical mindset, a thirst for knowledge, and exceptional communication abilities. Organizational skills are essential to adhere to deadlines, along with a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage in the financial planning cycle, encompassing budget creation and financial projections;
  2. Examine and clarify discrepancies in budgets;
  3. Manage and refine financial forecasts, budgets, reports, and KPIs for diverse business units;
  4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
  5. Track periodic outcomes, investigate the reasons behind unexpected variances, identify trends, provide recommendations, and contribute to the realization of organizational goals;
  6. Partake in monthly evaluations of market financial performance;
  7. Conduct financial analyses and produce ad hoc reports.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong financial modeling capabilities;
  • Ability to analyze and summarize data with precision, creativity, and teamwork;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (preferred);
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred).
