About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Jakubowski Enterprises Ltd O/A J-West Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and woodworking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, including commercial and residential settings. As a Carpenter, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work accurately and reliably.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Permanent work term with 35 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
