Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and creative individual to join our team as a Maintenance Foreperson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and report on maintenance progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
