About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detailing Supervisor to join our team at AKAL AUTO REPAIR INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring we stay within our financial targets.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Team Support: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and efficient operations.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people.
  • Work Conditions: The role involves repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and requires bending, crouching, and kneeling.
