Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Stock Management: Organize and replenish refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Supply Handling: Receive, unpack, and store supplies appropriately in designated areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Work Environment
