Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Lead and manage cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budget estimates for cleaning operations.
- Service Coordination: Recommend and arrange for additional services, including maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
- Client Interaction: Handle payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
- Staff Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
- Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning personnel.
- Training: Organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a cleaning service company with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication is English.
