About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Agence de placement et de développement internationale inc (R.P.M.B). As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college or CEGEP diploma is required, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
  • Work Setting: The successful candidate must be willing to relocate for the position.
  • Tasks:
    • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to produce high-quality metal products.
    • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to precision-cut metal components.
    • Fabricate, braze, and torch-straighten metal components to meet customer requirements.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience:
    • Arc welding machine operation and maintenance.
    • Brazing machine operation and maintenance.
    • Gas welding machine operation and maintenance.
  • Security and Safety:
    • Criminal record check is required.
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: French.
    • Hours: 40 hours per week.
